Dawn Bandy Dawn has been a part of the GRHC team, serving as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), for 5 years this time around! She formerly worked at GRHC from 1999-2008. Dawn has 3 grown children, Abbey, Justin, and Oakley. When she is not at work she loves spending timewith her grandchildren andwalking. Krynn Buckley-Pechous Krynn is being recognized for 5 years of service at GRHC as a Gynecologist – Women’s Surgery provider. She is very active in the Surgery, Infection Prevention, and Medical Staff committees. Krynn is a great supporter of the GRHC Foundation Golf Outing and Style Show. She is American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist Board Certified. Interests outside of work include gardening, travel, gourmet cooking, reading, history and sewing. Krynn is married to Bryan, who has an Ophthalmology practice and is the VP Medical Affairs at Finley Hospital in Dubuque. Children include: Beth and husband Luis who live in Denver where Beth works in Accounting. Chris and fiancée Sara who live in Omaha where Chris is a 4 th year medical student. Chris did his first rotation here with Dr. Eric Stader. Christina and husband Rick who serves as a manager at McGraw-Hill and they have three children James, Lily and John and reside in Dubuque. Paul, recent college grad gainfully employed as the Assistant Manager at Biolife in Dubuque and Teddy the dog who runs the Pechous household. Amy Cordingly Amy has been employed with GRHC for 5 years as a PRN Registered Dietician. She assists us with community wellness events on an annual basis. Her joys outside of work include quilting, playing piano, cooking, running, hiking, biking, and travel. Amy is married to Allen Cordingley, a saxophone professor at UW-Platteville. Stacy Downing Stacy began her employment at GRHC 5 years ago in the Business Office serving as the Accounts Receivable Specialist, Clinic Physician Bill and Billing Specialist. Her interests outside of work include going to her children’s ball games, concerts, etc. She enjoys crafting in her spare time and remodeling the house with her husband and children when they have nothing better to do. They enjoy camping and all the fun activities that go along with it during the spring/summer/fall months. In the winter they enjoy ice fishing, coon hunting, and coyote hunting as a family. Stacy and husband Ben are high school sweethearts that celebrated their 15 th anniversary in April 2018. They have two beautiful children – daughter Destany (15) and son Dakota (13). Both children keep Stacy and Ben on their toes but they couldn’t imagine their world without them! Jennifer Ducharme Jenny has been a part of the GRHC team for 5 years. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse in the clinic. She lives in Lancaster with husband Adam who owns a concrete business. They have two children, Nikkole and Logan. Outside of work Jenny enjoys fishing, camping, and walking. Nicole Frei Nicole is being recognized for 5 years of service at GRHC as our Rehab Physical Therapy Assistant and Therapeutics as a License Massage Therapist and Aesthetician. In her spare time she enjoys working on Sudoku puzzles to relax her mind as well as walking her dog. She lives with her fiancé of 15 years, Nate Harris, who works for Dairyland Power as an electrical lineman. They have three children: Marshall (9), Morelia (18), and Alexis (20). The girls both attend the University of Iowa, Iowa City and Marshall is in 4 th grade in Lancaster. They also have a chocolate lab named Sampson who is 11 years old. Tammy Havlik Tammy has been employed with GRHC for 5 years as a Registered Nurse in Med/Surg, ER, and OB Departments. Her joys outside of work include spending time with her kids and husband either doing day trips or taking extended vacation whenever they find the time and money. Her big dog Murphy keeps her company when she goes out for walks/jogs and she enjoys watching entertaining Netflix series. Tammy has been married to her high school sweetheart, Mike, for the past 25 years. They have 5 wonderful children together. Evan (24), Macy (22), Jenna (17), Lexy (14) and their little tag along, Vayda (6). They share their home with two dogs, two cats, and a guinea pig.
