Erin Huebschman Erin began her employment at GRHC 5 years ago as Family Practice/OB Physician in the clinic. She also serves as the clinic medical director and medical staff president. Erin is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine, certified in ATLS, BLS/ACLS, ALSO and serves as ALSO Instructor, PALS, and NRP. When not at the hospital she co-hosts Three Springs Barn and enjoys traveling, good food, live music, quilting and crafting. Erin and husband of 24 years, Dr. Jeff Huebschman, live in Lancaster with their labs Django (7) and Theo (11months). Jeff is Chair of the UW-Platteville Biology Department which brought them to Wisconsin. Erin is a loyal Nebraska Huskers fan and her brother, parents and nieces still reside in Nebraska. Sheirlie LaMantia Sheirlie has been a part of the GRHC team for 5 years as Family Practice/OB Physician. She is active on the following committees: Infection Prevention, Pediatrics, Medical Staff, Pharmacy and ER. She holds many certifications: BLS, ACLS, ALSO, ATLS, PALS, NRP. Interests outside of work include scrapbooking, camping, photography, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her kids. She is married to her wonderful husband Doug and they have 3 fantastic boys. Nolan (15), Matthew (10), Andrew (5) and 2 dogs, Hunter and Gypsie. Sheirlie’s awesome Mom, Sheila, bakes for the EMS, Fire department, as well as clinic and hospital staff! Amanda Lee Amanda is being recognized for 5 years of service at GRHC as a Registered Nurse on Med/Surg and ER. She holds many certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and ENPC. Outside of work Amanda enjoys scrapbooking and gardening. Amanda has been married to husband Gunner for 5.5 years and they have a daughter Jade who is turning 1 at the end of Feb 2019. Laurie Meighan Laurie has been employed with GRHC for 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner in the Clinic. Laurie previously worked at GRHC as a Med/Surg Supervisor, OB Supervisor, and RN in the ER. She is active in our community volunteering for the Lancaster Lions Club, GRHC Auxiliary, and providing Veterans Medical Home Visits. Outside of work Laurie enjoys hiking, traveling, watching sports, reading, and any outdoor activities. She is married to husband Mike. Her daughters are Jenny and Erin and she is the proud grandmother of Harper, Porter, Lauren and Lincoln. Laurie has announced her retirement effective January 19, 2019 and we wish her nothing but the best! Kelly Mergen Kelly began her employment at GRHC 5 years ago as a clinic Registered Nurse. In her off work time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She resides in Lancaster with her husband Jesse and their two children, Hayden and Brielle. Jim Muench Jim has been a part of the GRHC team for 5 years. He is PRN status in materials management, linen, floor care, and environmental services. Jim is active in the community service as the Board President for Maple Street Kids Daycare, Inc; Friends of Winskill PTO, Inc,; and Co-4H leader for Merry Mixer 4H Club. He has a degree from Southwest Tech in Dairy Herd Management. Interests outside of work include: working! He enjoys farming, his own as well as helping other farmers and he owns and operates Muench’s Lawn Care & Snow Removal, LLC. He also enjoys spending time with his family. Jim has been married to his lovely wife Kelly for 22 years and they have 3 wonderful daughters: Kristin (16), Leah (13), and Jenna (10). Kelly Muench Kelly is being recognized for 5 years of service at GRHC as a Physician Assistant in the Clinic. She is a leader of the Merry Mixers 4H Club; and active in the Lancaster Music Boosters and Friends of Winskill. Interests outside of work include crafting, reading, and cooking. She has been married to husband Jim for 22 years and they have three daughters: Kristin (16), Leah (13), and Jenna (10).
